Emma Green is a fully qualified and insured Human and Equine Bowen Therapist covering Gloucestershire and surrounding areas. Clinic appointments for people are offered in Cheltenham.

Horses are treated throughout Gloucestershire as well as Wiltshire, Somerset and Dorset.

After leaving school Emma studied for a National Diploma in Horse Management at college, as well as working part time on a variety of yards with horses. Emma then went on to complete a BSc (hons) Equine Science at Hartpury College. Whilst at Hartpury, Emma spent a lot of time helping at their equine therapy centre, which is where Emma decided she would love a career that could involve therapy and rehabilitation of horses.

After looking into the vast amount of therapies available, Emma came across Bowen Therapy and found treatments really beneficial to herself. Emma decided Bowen was the path for her.

In 2010 Emma qualified as an Accredited Practitioner of The Bowen Technique with the European College of Bowen Studies. Emma then went on to complete the ITEC Diploma in Anatomy, Physiology & Pathology and gained Emergency First Aid Training.

In 2013 Emma qualified as an Equine Bowen Practitioner with the European School of Equine Bowen Therapy, allowing her to treat both people and horses.

Since qualifying, Emma is enjoying her work and continually amazed by the changes seen in clients following Bowen treatments. Emma loves the variety which comes with the job- treating people & horses, attending events to promote Bowen and working together with other healthcare professionals to improve the health and wellbeing of clients.
